My name is Teresa Carr Penticuff I live in Livingston (Overton County Tn). Being the 11th child out of twelve and being born in 1969 to a father who was born in 1912 . I knew very little of my father's side they were all passed away. My mother was 22 years younger than my father and born in Eastern Kentucky. She was the second oldest of fourteen. She passed away when I was 12 again not knowing much on my maternal side. My son started asking me questions about my mom and I couldn't answer them I told him we would try to find out together. My dad never talked about his life growing up. We only had one picture in my house and that was of his mom who b died when he was young. So my love for genealogy and family ancestors began when my son asked that first question. I enjoy visiting and restoration of old cemeteries. I'm the one that goes down the road and says stop a old cemetery. I enjoy people find the ancestors as well as cleaning up old abandoned cemeteries. I travel alot for my work and I have stopped several times to get pictures of headstone for people. It's a passion of mine and a love for my ancestors and those gone on before.
