I live in South Georgia, but travel to cemeteries all over the place taking pictures and finding long lost relatives. My family is mostly from the southern states, mainly Georgia and South Carolina. Surnames of my ancestors include Avent, Burford, Carroll, Collins, Cothran, Cronan, Grant, Gray, Humphries, Hunt, Jinks, King, Macon, McElreath, O'Neal, Pair, Palmer, Rutledge, Sharp, Taylor, Tomberlin, Vann, Walden, Young and many more.
I am a contributor on Find A Grave for mainly genealogical purposes. I am not here to add a record number of memorials. Almost all the memorials I manage are of family. That being said, I take pride in posting the best quality photos I can and displaying accurate information on all of the memorials I manage or create. I welcome any edits, but please know that if it conflicts with the records I have or if there is no reliable source, I will not accept them. I apologize for this, but I would rather have missing information than incorrect information displayed on memorials. Also I am always more than happy to help with any photo request, or anything else that I can.
