I was born in the State of WA, am a published author, and have been researching my families of Grayson County, VA and Ashe County, NC, as well as my German side of the family for 20+ years. In addition to names, dates, and places, I like to find photos of my ancestors and collateral family members. Let's not forget ALL the wonderful stories and legends that some families have luckily passed down from generation-to-generation.
