I grew up in Effingham County, Illinois, and have deep roots in this area on both sides of my family. It also includes Henry Fromme's immigration and family.
I published "By George! The Meyers of Green Creek, Illinois" in 2010. The Meyers are largely interred at St. Mary Help of Christians at Green Creek, rural Effingham County.
