I am a 90 year old retired guy, so I won't be around long. I was born and raised in eastern Oklahoma (Spiro/Poteau, Le Flore County). I worked in Texas for 20 years then returned to Oklahoma and retired in the Oklahoma City area. I still have timber land in eastern Oklahoma and go there often. Most of my kinfolks are in the Spiro, Poteau, Bokoshe, Milton and Cameron, towns in Le Flore County, so that is my special interest area. Every time I check anyone out there, we are at least 6th cousins.

Considering my age and with no one in my family interested in genealogy, I have just transferred all of my memorials to my hometown Genealogical Society. If I have occasion to do any new ones, they will be transferred immediately
