I hope by listing detailed information, it helps those linked to me & to fill in the gaps in my family tree.*My dad's side of the family tree:*Grandpa Delmar Dee Smith(1929-2000)--has 2 brothers Otis Smith & Wayland Wayne Daniels, a sister Myrle or Myrtle. Their parents are Carl Lafayette Smith(1893-1961) & Minnie Lee Bush Smith (1909-1999). I have nothing further for Carl L Smith. Minnie's parents are John Bush & Theresa Henderson Bush. My Grandma Ila Vivian Kelley Smith (1934-present) of Conroe, TX has 2 brothers William Albert Kelley aka "Buddy" & Johnnie Lee Kelley. Their parents are Albert Benjamin Kelley(1906-1978) & Lena Sanderson Kelley(1907-1976). Albert B Kelley has 2 brothers Walter & Lewis Kelley, 2 sisters Dora & Renia Kelley. Their parents are Albert P Kelley & Etta. Albert P Kelley's parents are Waldo & Margaret Aaron Kelley. Lena (my great grandma) has 1 sister Amy Sanderson, their parents are Stuart & Ila Vivian Sanderson.Delmar Dee & Ila Vivian Kelley Smith married in 1949 in Houston, they have 5 children: Jimmy D Smith, Johnny D Smith, Shelley Smith Langford, Chery Smith Price, & Tammy Smith Douglas. *My mom's family:*my great grandfather is Joseph Jolly Wheeler (1892-1931). His parents are Andrew Jackson Wheeler of Copiah, MS (1842-1903) & Susan Elvira Gilbert of Cuero, TX (1861-1912) both buried in Oak Grove in Yoakum, TX. Joseph Jolly married Pet Caver Wheeler in 1913 Lavaca, TX. They have 2 children; Jollie Robert Wheeler Sr (1914-1978) & Winnie Eylyn Wheeler-Badger-Allen-Pollock (1916-1992) of Conroe, TX. Joe Wheeler remarried Louella Taggart & had another son Leon Wayne Wheeler (1921-2002). Pet Caver Wheeler has 4 brothers: Taft Overstreet, Charles Davis, William Ira, Joseph T Caver & a sister Mattie Ima Caver. Their parents are Robert Henry Caver & Mollie Lucretia Selph Caver. Robert Henry was married before Mollie & had a son (name unknown) & a daughter Annie L Caver. PVT William Caver (1828-18750) md Laura Taylor Davis & they had Robert Henry Caver, Charles Caver, Anna Louise Caver Weathers, Betty, Martha, Mattie Flora Caver Massenber, & Billy Caver. Private William Caver's parents are Samuel Caver jr & Elizabeth Caver. Samuel Caver Jr's parents are Samuel Caver Sr & Barbara Crim Caver. Laura Taylor Davis Caver has 5 brothers; Warren, Thomas, Robert, John, & Benjamin Davis & 3 sisters Mary Davis Fike, Louisiana & Martha Davis. Their parents are Benjamin Franklin Davis Sr & Martha Taylor Davis. Benjamin F Davis Sr has 5 brothers; John, William, Henry, Thomas, & Merritt Davis & 4 sisters; Elizabeth, Martha, Nancy & Mary. Their parents are Benjamin Franklin Davis I & Tabitha Rose Davis.Martha Taylor Davis has no known siblings, but her parents are Benjamin & Susannah Fullilove Taylor. MY grandfather is Jollie Robert Wheeler Sr of Houston, TX married Ida Bell Hudson Wheeler(1918-2008). They have 6 children; Jollie Robert Wheeler Jr(1942-1982), Sunny Wheeler Annunzzi(1944-2001), Davie Wheeler Jones of Plano-TX, Linda Wheeler, Elaine Wheeler Tate-both of Bacliff-TX, & Layla Wheeler Smith of Lufkin, TX. Ida B Wheeler was married before Jollie Sr & had a daughter Sandra Biscamp aka Tracy Stewart (1938-2004). Ida B Wheeler has a sister Annie Hudson Jackson (1908-?). Their parents are Charles Hudson & Susie Breazeale Hudson. I have not found any information for siblings on Susie Hudson, but her parents are Thomas & Ida L Wright Breazeale Bumstead. Ida L Breazeale-Bumstead has a sister Florence Wright Jeffries. Their parents are Columbus & Sarah Gann Wright. I have not found anything further for Thomas Breazeale. Charles Hudson has 3 brothers; James jr, Commie, & Callie Hudson. Their parents are James sr & Fannie Hudson.I started a tree on geni.com. My mom & her sisters have worked on a family tree for years, on & off. I got most of the info from what they gathered. Any information anyone may have would be greatly appreciated. The ones I have found on this website & I know they are my ancestors, I have them linked on my virtual graves.
