Soccorsi, Ciampanella, Santolini, Lalli, & Lauri families - Colle, Arquata del Tronto, Ascoli Piceno, Marche Italy region and their descendants both in Italy and the US.
Pegley(Pagliari)- Italy and US
Hardman, Fortney, Sigley, Bolyard, Burgoyne in US.
My mother's relations are in and around Masontown, Preston, WV where apparently every one there is related by marriage.
My father's relations are in Preston County as well as Gilmer, Ritchie and Wood county.
I have based my information on here by cemetery books, WV vitals and family knowledge. If the Italian name is spelled one way when born, but changed to Americanize it, I put the American name on here with a note of the original spelling. Just because the birth certificate says one thing, when a person dies they could have changed their name-whether it is their first, middle and or last - it happens.
