I have a extreme love for genealogy and family tree researching!
Paternal side immigrated from England, Norway, Canada and settled mostly in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois area. Surnames are Pankhurst, Stavn(both of which are primarily Orfordville, Footville, Hanover, and Beloit areas), Oelschlager, Lovelace(Beloit, South Beloit, Rockford).
Majority of maternal immigrated from England, Czechoslovakia, Switzerland and eventually came to the Juneau and Vernon County areas of Wisconsin. Surnames are Stull, Van Doren, Holmes, Urban, Young, Snorek, Braund.
Youngs first came to New England in 1637, John Young being the the first Minister and first settler of the Church of Christ in Southold on Long Island.
Van Doren family was well known in New Jersey, as having provided aid to George Washington and his troops during the war.
