I have been working on family history for many years. I began with my dad's side as we knew little about his lineage. I had little to go on, but after 4 years, I had discovered his line and found the Norwegian records to verify my facts. What fun!
For myself, I have been busy with my own family genealogy and thus the memorials I have done, all have family connections.
Now, I am dabbling with getting some of my memorials connected to the family. If I ever ask for transfer of a memorial it is because there is a family connection and I would like to add to the memorial with what I have found out in my research.
I cannot say enough for those who contribute to this site. It takes an enormous amount of time to work on this endeavor. So, for those of you have transferred management to me, a huge thank you!
