Family names include Henkey, Nichols, Laney, Spriggs, Silies, Johnson, Buchanan, Ruhl, Talley, Wiley, Gentry. I also work on my husband's tree, which includes Dubree, Deming, Randle, Taylor, Martin, Beal, Haws, Steele, Swasey, McKee and Hunting.
I love doing genealogy. The more I look at these names, the more I feel like I know them. And I do believe I will meet them all when I leave this life.
I believe that families are forever. We have ties that are eternal and we will be together again. I love my family more than anything and praise the Lord that He has given them to me.
A large box of old family pictures recently came into my possession. Many of which have the names written on the back. I'm in the process of putting them on Find-a-grave, FamilySearch, and Ancestry. These pictures belonged to my husband's Great Grandmother Maude Taylor Beal, and her daughter Dorothy Beal Dubree.
