Okay, I'm still here on FG., but I'm done. I'll manage a few of my own family memorials, and that's it. I've transferred most father's side and most of my mom's side to my daughter. My wife is on here and as of today, she has all the family I've finally be after to get a while.

No more walking cemeteries for strangers. No more uploads, GPS, I'm done wasting my time on this short on this earth, for people collecting memorials like Pokémon Cards. I fought for months to get control of my Great grandfather's memorial, Rev. Thomas Riley Hughes (71734547), My Grandmother and little cousins.... as I'm the one placing actual fowlers...either; sweating, or freezing cleaning their graves. Also, I have removed all the personal family pictures I've uploaded. If i own it, it's mine, right? If I took photos of your loved one's grave, it's still there, I did it for not for another number like I'm trying to be the biggest findagraver.

FINALLY, some of you obituary chasers are sick. Lurking funeral homes, stalking online, showing up behind grieving families just to grab a photo and collect another memorial like it's a damn TROPHY!!! Some of y'all act like you own people's dead relative memorials because you clicked "create memorial" first!!!!

To the ones with a few hundred or few thousand memorials who actually help families, I have SO MUCH respect for you. But the ones sitting on 50k - 100k+ sitting behind a computer, clicking buttons, while refusing to transfer grandparents, children, cousins, to immediate family because "the request wasn't done right." (I USED "QUOTES" for a reason #BH) there's something deeply wrong with that. I was doing this to be helpful. Like years ago, before GPS locations spending hours looking over and over for graves from a list I printed. (I mean this is my second account. i was doing this when find a grave was for famous people.) A list and a faction of the tech we have today.

@[email protected] you're a complete joke. Families should not have to beg strangers across the country for control of their own bloodline's memorials. You guys send some AI generated bs email reply to give them time. it's been a month since I reported them, followed up, sent screenshots, i still have my eyes on their memorials... but they are now the Heavyweight Champion of Find A Grave!

Love genealogy and cemetery work. I clean family markers and add flowers for relatives and friends buried in Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama.

Started young with my Mawmaw Rosa Evans Brown Adams and Paw-paw Elmer Roland Adams. Maw-maw was first married to Herbert McDonald Brown (d. 1955). Pawpaw's first wife died in 1957. He had no kids, so we were his family. We visited Chattooga County, Armuchee, Snow Springs, DeKalb and Jackson County, Alabama.

Now I'm usually the one maintaining the graves on both sides. On my mom's side: Brown, Evans, Hughes (both sides), Stephens, Wooten/Wootten, Ivey, Crowder, White, Carroll, Dorris, Burgdorf, Adams. Legal dad James Douglas "Doug" Dorris adopted me. Biological father John Culver Sr. (Culver, Hart, Potts, Dover + more). Any info on them is appreciated.

I do intense research before submitting any change or submit a link / family connect on Find A Grave. I use obituaries, US Census records, and DNA matches. I only submit if I have 100% proof that person A connects to person B.

I help with family pictures, headstone requests, new photos, GPS pins, cleaning, and maintenance. Volunteer at Cave Spring Cemetery, Oaknoll, East View, Beech Church. Travel yearly from Alexis to Scottsboro, AL with my wife Lauren (Gilmore) for Gilmore, Cox, Graham, Waits, Canada lines.
