I have been doing genealogy since my first visit with my sister in 1962 to talk with a distant relative about our family. Over more than 50 years I have sought to document my ancestors and help others do the same. It is a joyous work!

In 1979, I was a resident of Jessamine County, Kentucky and participated with Howard C. Teater in recording the names of those buried in the many, small family graveyards as well as the public cemeteries in this county. Since then, many of the old burial grounds have been lost due to cattle grazing in the fields, vandals stealing and destroying the markers, and new subdivisions that have failed to maintain the burial grounds.

I am now living in Knox County, Tennessee and would be willing to help anyone having relatives in this area.
