I am an electrical and computer software engineer by trade, now retired. I have been researching my relatives since 2011, most of whom lived in King & Queen County and Essex County, Virginia. Their surnames include Crow/Crowe, Dunn, Jones, Coleman, Williams, Griggs, Prince, Hayes and Nunn. My parents, grandparents, great grandparents, and many aunts, uncles and cousins are buried in Smyrna Christian Church Cemetery. More than 100 close and distant relatives in all.

Find A Grave is a great website that has helped me link ancestors and fill in details. I have tried to return the favor by supplying any information I have.

I remember spending many wonderful years as a child on my grandparent's farms, visiting relatives, hunting and fishing, and just experiencing the rural life style. I now reside in Newark, Delaware, so I rarely have the opportunity to revisit my roots in Virginia.
