I'm James P.Bettell Jr.I live in Oklahoma.I have been doing research on my family for several years,now that I am retired I have more time to do so.I am not into this to see how many Memorials I can control but to find and conect to family.I have a cousin doing the same,she has done alot more than I.
Some of the family is upset about their info getting out,but i am going to put in what I find.If they get mad "Thats the way it go's".Had all the secrets not been kept I and others would not be doing this.All I know from before was that one of my grandfather's had a house full of kids and my mother was one of them !I never knew his name,found that out not long ago and I know now where his remains are located,They are not with my grandmother.
Family has it's share of crooks,outlaws and probably a few "snakes',but I am going to put it like it was.
Other than that ,I am just an old man (65)looking for answers and if someone gets mad they should have not done it,because if I find it I am going to tell.
Just want all to know to take care of your family and friends and work together not in secret.
