I love genealogy. I love finding my ancestors and it's especially fun to come in contact with relatives (near or distant in relation) who are also researching the family lines. I love walking through cemeteries and wondering about the people who the headstones represent. I especially like the old headstones because they have so much character.

I live far away from my Southern family, but the desire to know them is always there.
