I've always been that "weird girl" who would rather spend time in the graveyard than be on the playground. Every city I go to, I find myself drawn to these places. Two of my favorite resting places are Bayview Cemetery in Bellingham, Washington And St. Louis Cemetery #1 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
I feel so blessed to live in the Rancho Palos Verdes/San Pedro area and am honored to be able to photograph memorials for people around the country. Green Hills Memorial Park is dear to my heart as I have many relatives there.
My Grandma's resting place is right next to Babyland on the Crescent Lawn and I like to think about her watching over the "little lambs" there.
Babyland and the Cloisters are my favorite places to photograph.
