Thirty-something single "mom" to two ornery pups and one cute calico cat with a love of all things crafty. Art and history buff, especially when it comes to genealogy. As I only knew my two grandmothers for a short time, I love learning about the family members that came before me - who they were, what they did, where they lived.
On my maternal side, I'm researching the surnames ALLEN, WATSON, LEONARD, and POTTORF. All of Ohio, mainly Brown, Clermont, and Warren counties.
On my paternal side, I'm researching the surnames VENTRELLA, CANNAVINA, and CIRINO. All from Italy, mostly settling in southern California, by way of Cleveland, Chicago, and New York.
