I found this site when I googled my father's name and was pleasantly surprised to find this avenue for locating my ancestors and connecting to other branches of the family tree.
I'm a novice at geneology but have been curious about my father's stories of his grandfather who was supposedly full-blood american indian. What I don't know is what nation, that's what I am here to discover if possible.
On my initial visit I learned my grandfather's parents were Virgil William and Lula Higgins. Any information available about their families would be appreciated.
