From a young age, I have been very interested in genealogy and our family history, as well as our local and state history in general. I always strive to preserve and record our heritage, both written and oral. I am currently a member of the Glennville-Tattnall Museum Board of Directors. As a genealogist, I am at best an amateur, so I apologize in advance for any errors.
I come from several of the oldest and largest families in Glennville and Tattnall County; therefore, I am related to nearly half of the county. I am primarily researching the Mulligan, Rogers, Dasher, and Durrence families; however, these families are connected to the Smiley, Dubberly, Fennell, Kicklighter, Waters, Love, and Blitch families and many others. Through these families, I also have extensive ties to families in Evans, Bulloch, Bryan, Liberty, Long, and McIntosh Counties.
My goal as a Find a Grave member is not to create or manage lots of memorials, which seems to be a game for some members. My goal is simply to provide as much accurate genealogical information as possible.
