I am researching the Royal, Wyatt, and Blevins, families from Wilkes and Alleghany Counties, NC; and the Brown, Swaim, and Watkins families from Wilkes and Yadkin, NC. Also, the Vogel family in the Portland, Oregon, and Salem, Washington areas and the Fujita family in Oahu, Hawaii.
Since the death of my father, Willie Hampton Royal in 2008 (Scenic Memorial and Find A Grave #72198136), I have become a huge fan of genealogy and have done extensive research on my family and have been intrigued with "putting the puzzle pieces" together. I have decided that everyone should know their ancestors, whether they want to or not.
I love my family dearly and hope that they will some day read all of the history that I have gathered for them.
I live in North Carolina with my husband.
