Bio
Born in the Capital District of New York and raised in the French Canadian tradition of my ancestors, I married at age 19 to my high school sweetheart and just celebrated our 46 wedding anniversary. My genealogy interests are the following families: Gallipeo/Gallipeau, Benoit, Halabuda, Graber, Flannery, Favreau, Pavelcak. I worked as a West Point researcher for 5 years before retiring in 2009. I raised three children in our Air Force family over a 20 year period. I have made homes in Georgia, California, Illinois, Ohio, New York, the Azores and Iceland (1986). We now call Shawangunk, NY our home.
