We live in the middle of LaGrange County Indiana. My girls, Adrianne and Amber, and I actually enjoy visiting old cemeteries and reading all the monuments. We fondly refer to this as grave crawlin', because we quite often go from one cemetery to another, crawling around on the ground, trying to read monuments that have long since lost their luster, and lettering. We also call it Genealogy for active people. Genealogy is a family passion and it has been for more years than it has been fashionable or popular. We truly appreciate findagrave.com, as it offers valuable historic family information to the general public FREE OF CHARGE, as it should be!! We will continue to volunteer our time as long as this web site remains FREE to the public.
If I have one of your relatives, just let me know and I will transfer them to you. (unless they happen to be my family) Please do not hesitate to ask. I would much rather have them managed by family!

If you have a photo that someone else posted and you can not read it and would like a clearer picture, just email me, I will go out, when time permits and take another. As a genealogist for the DAR, I understand all too well how important it is to be able to read the markers!
