A few years ago I became very interested in researching my family genealogy. With my family name I figured it would be a very easy search but I was very wrong. As I was conducting family research I came across the Find A Grave website. I was very surprised to find information about my family as well as other family members that were long lost to us.
Growing up in a military family we moved around a lot and lost contact with relatives over the years. Also not knowing much about your family to begin with and being away from them makes doing research very hard.
I joined Find A Grave because I love doing research for my family and other families. I like being able to link the past and future together.
