I am a retired labor & delivery nurse, married with 5 grown children. I got interested in family history and have been researching for about 20 years off and on. My families are FRANKS, HENDERSON, BARRY, SWART(SWARTZ), GUIGOU, BURNS, BLOWE, KELLY, KILDUFF to name a few.
I have lived in California most of my life but was born in Pittsfield, Mass. My father's family lived in New Orleans. My husband's family were mid-westerners. So my researches have taken me virtually all over the country. I am hoping to travel to more of these places now that my kids are all out of the house!
