I am Joyce Fulton Elkins. I have been researching my family tree since about 2006. With the help of relatives and FindAGrave volunteers, I now have many photographs of their gravestones and information about their lives.
I am the granddaughter of Virgil & Ivay Smith-Pence on my mothers side, and James Hamilton and Ruby Braidwood-Fulton on my father's side.
I am interested in finding links to the Fulton's, Pence's, Braidwood's, McCluskey's, Howatt's and Hamilton's.
The coal town of Braidwood, Illinois was named for my great-great-grandfather James Braidwood from Scotland.
I try to only request transfers for relatives in my direct line as stated in the Find A Grave recommendations, or other relatives that would benefit from by having someone in their family tend to their memorial.
