I'm a historian by trade & genealogist by necessity. The vast majority of the memorials I post & contribute to are family members. I approach the updating & creation of the memorial s from a perspective of a researcher, and I try to make sure what I place on the site is accurate. I send a lot of time double checking & cross checking sources until I'm satisfied that the information being shared is most accurate.

The information which appears on the memorials are from obituary programs, death notices from local newspapers, death certificates, & census records and/or any combination of verifiable sources.

You are welcome to upload any documents which have been publicly published (obituary programs, death notices from local newspapers, death certificates that have been publicly released) & photographs of the deceased (no post-mortem).

You are welcome to use any of the information for genealogy & educational purposes.
