I was born in Quantico, Virginia in 1963. My father was a Marine stationed there.
My parents were both born in Philadelphia. My father's name Joseph August Grone and my mother's Janet Helen Smith.
I grew up all over but mainly away from my relatives so doing Genealogy Research helps me to know more about my family.
I started doing research due to Lupus being on my Mother's side. (And other Auto-Immune Disorders).
I learned very quickly that burial records were some of the most informative. I'm very grateful for this site and the people who sacrifice their time and energy for others. It's an amazing blessing to receive.
I've known some of the most wonderful people on this earth and now I can share that!
