I am 70+ and when my husband and I retired from our auto repair business we made lots of cemetery trips looking for Conley, Cassity, Carr, Lake, Gholson and many other ancestors.
Sadly, Phil died in July 2011.
Until I lost my maternal grandmother in 1974 I didn't start asking questions and writing things down.
My computer really got me started, making it easy to locate them and when I found Ancestry.com I couldn't believe my luck.So now I search every day because there is so much good information out there.
