My interests are in my family name of Cowger, but also in all the variations of the spellings of the surname. I also look at ancestors of Lister, Rockrohr, Lanning, Funk, Henderson, and many, many more.

***As to suggesting me to change Veterans name to include rank, it will not be changed. When one leaves the service and resigns his rank, he does not continue to use the rank as part of his name. He served in an honorable fashion and served his committed time. I was a Sergeant, but that title was given up, when I was discharged and left the military.

My aim is to provide and share information to others, and I do not want to offend anyone.
