I started researching my family tree when I was in my 20's from a request from a Gedney family member to update our branch of the family, since then I have been maintaining our family history and creating a database to store all the research done in my main family branches. It has been a wonderful hobby and I enjoy the research and the hunt for all the history and tidbits I have under covered over the last 30 plus years.

I found the Find a grave website and have been amazed at the information that is filling in gaps and the work that is all done by volunteers, truly amazing and a wonderful find for all genealogists.
