Any pictures that I have taken of your family member's head stone and/or gravesite and/or bears my name/user id/ e-mail address are yours. No need to ask for permission to use for your ancestry research or albums. Consider permission granted.

That is why I'm a volunteer. Because without the help of others, I would not have been able to research my ancestors. The least I can do, is to return the favor and help others.
