I've been doing genealogy research for many years about the tiny island of Saba, part of the Dutch Caribbean. In the process I've founded the Facebook page "Of Saban Descent" (OSD) where users post photos, stories, etc. of their ancestors.
This Cemetery Project is an integral part of what I have called "The Saba Family Tree" project. I have built a database of over 25,000 names of individuals organized in "family clusters" that hopefully will help people make connection to several generations of their ancestry. Special thanks to Anne Richter and Rene Caderius for their share of sunburns, scraped knees and scratches in collecting the photos associated with the genealogy information.
