I am researching my fathers family members the Sandercock / Sanders from O'Brien, Iowa. His gggrandfather Walter Sandercock came over from England. Researching my grandparents, I learned while living in Iowa, they changed their name from Sandercock to Sanders. I never had the pleasure of meeting them so researching the family members helps fill the void in my life. They were the original settlers of O'brien, Iowa. I hope to someday meet my distant cousins.
