I research our genealogy with Ancestry.com, thats how I found Find-A-Grave in 2012. I truly enjoy researching our families, learning our history, and putting it all together with where they are now, their final resting place.
Our ancestors are from Ireland, Wales, England, Scotland, Germany, Austria, France, and Norway, so far.
We have Nobles, Serfs, Viking Warriors, Cobblers, Clergy, Farmers… you name it, we've found them in our trees, and are now linking their histories with their graves.
Our Surnames are Adams, Bohanon, Coates, Dixon, Dunn, Fairbanks, Hancock, Knott, McSherry, Meeler, Owen, Pulliam, Ramsey, Solomon, and a few more, still incoming, as we find them on Ancestry.
Since coming to America in the late 1500's, our ancestors have lived all along the east coast, with our main branches settling in Southern Virginia and Northern North Carolina. We fought for this Great Country during the Revolutionary War, and all wars since.
