I mostly use obituaries, marriage, census and death records when I'm adding information. They've been known to be full of errors, but I like to add the info from the records anyway, errors and all, to the bio section. On the records, names may be misspelled, dates could be wrong, someone could go by a nickname, etc.

If at any time a family member wants any info or photos removed from a family members memorial, please contact me through that person's page and I will be happy to make changes!

I only add photos to findagrave that I have personally taken myself. I have photographed "all or most" of Hopewell, Pleasant Hill, Smithton Cem, Highland Sacred Gardens, Abell and LaMonte cemetery, all in Pettis County.

When I photograph a cemetery, I make memorials based on what is written on the stone and will make a note on the memorial if someone is remarried but buried with first husband, things like that. There are a few exceptions though!
