Hello! My name is Misty Gaskins Shuler. I grew up in Bethera, South Carolina, and have lived in Berkeley County my entire life.

I joined Find a Grave to help preserve my family history and to honor the memories of those who came before me.

All of my immediate family has passed away, but keeping their stories and memorials alive is very important to me. I enjoy creating Find A Grave memorials for family members and visiting cemeteries to document and remember loved ones. I have a deep love for history and learning about where we came from—it helps me feel connected to my roots and the generations before me.
