I lived in Friendship, Tennessee...from ages 5 thru 17.
At this writing (Dec 2013) I am 72 years old and live in the Great Smoky mountains of Tennnessee near Gatlinburg.
For the past 42 years, I have been the producer of Bill Dance Outdoors national TV series, America's longest running and highest rating TV fishing program. (It currently airs on NBC Sports, the Discovery Channel's Destination America series and also on the Outdoor Channel.
My step father in Friendship was Charley Haley, my mom, Marian Argo Haley. Charley and his father Thad was a livestock dealer in Friendshp for many years.
