Bio
I'm John and my wife Linda and I live in San Jacinto County, Texas. We're about 40 miles north of Houston.
We're in our 70s and do quite a bit of church work, including directors of our church's food pantry.
I am an amateur photographer and do a lot of Photoshop work including restorations. I'm not a professional, even though my church calls me their "official photographer". I have done a few weddings (for friends), but really don't like doing them. They're too meaningful to the families and I've had too little experience doing them to guarantee success. I've done some senior pictures for some of our graduates that cannot afford the outlandish prices charged now days. I have never tried to sell any of my work and probably never will. I like landscapes, nature photography, and my favorites were the grandkids before they got to the "awww pawpaw" stage. I guess I'll just have to wait for the great grand kid group.
I also do a LOT of photos for my wife's greeting cards.
