I have been doing genealogy for my family lines for over 70 years (Thank goodness for the digital age). This is something inspired in me by my Grandmother and Father.

I am head of our family Cemetery Foundation, the Alexander County Cemetery & Heritage Foundation, Inc. located in Alexander County, North Carolina. We currently take care of three family plots there and many local Church Plots where our relatives are buried. I started working in them in 1955 at the age of 5 years with my Uncle and Father. The Lackey-Thompson Cemetery - The Clary Cemetery & The Lackey-Stevenson Cemetery (aka: Stevenson cemetery).
