I'm a native Texan who married my high school sweetheart, who emigrated here from the Netherlands in 1955. I got interested in genealogy in high school, and more so when my paternal grandfather died in 1971 and I discovered I knew almost nothing about that side of my family since my parents had divorced when I was very young and my dad lived in another city. I am a researcher for burials in the Western Heights Cemetery in Oak Cliff (Dallas), and take pleasure in being able to link previously-unconnected FG memorials when I can verify the relationships.
