I don't like to talk about myself or others. I did notice that one volunteer was not nice when she wrote that genealogy is not the purpose of Findagrave.com. That may be true, but if no one were interested in genealogy, this website would have far less activity. In fact, it might have no activity or purpose at all.
Most of us are taking photos, writing edits and adding memorials because we are working on our family genealogy or helping a relative who is doing that for the next generations of our family. I have no children. But I want to see as much information about my ancestors as can be put onto this website for my nieces and nephews and cousins' children. So, please respect the people who send you edits.
