I was born [1964] & raised in South Carolina. Having spent most of my life in the Low-Country and Pee-Dee regions of South Carolina, I have always enjoyed studying South Carolina history. I have been working on family genealogy since 2003. I am a 10th generation South Carolinian. I have traced every branch of my family tree as far back as 1800. All of them were in The United States before The American Revolution, most in South Carolina.

My Grand Parents lived across the street from a large cemetery. When I was young and visiting, my Grand Father and I would walk through it and he would tell me stories. With this family tradition I became very interested in "Cemeteries" and the stories they can tell.
