My mother and Aunt Aileen started working on family history about 30 years ago. I dabbled with my tree and uploaded a file my brother made for my mom about 10 years ago and messed around a little. When my Aunt Aileen passed at 70 my then 85 year old mother didn't really have the mental capabilities to get things on her program or online. I promised mom and my uncle that I would "finish." I know now that there is no finishing. I have almost 4,600 in my tree and find more about my family all of the time. I have met family members not too far removed and have discovered that I am a distant cousin of my husband on both sides of his family.

Since there is no finishing I will push forward as long as I am able. My tree is public on Ancestry in hopes that the research I have done will help those who come after. If anyone finds any mistakes please let me know.
