I was born and raised in Pratt, Kansas. Graduated from Pratt High School and later Kansas State University with a B.S., M.S. and Ph.D in biology. I have been working on my family genealogy for about 15 years and after retiring in 2020 from a job that I loved in California, have moved back to Pratt. I have two sons, one living in Pratt and one in Dallas, Texas and two grandchildren in Pratt.

I am working to systematically record all memorials at local cemeteries, including adding GPS coordinates, photos and new memorials where needed and fixing transcription mistakes - of which there seem to be quite a few.

I am happy to transfer memorials to family members, and willing to manage memorials for cemeteries near me. I think it is always best to have family members or local people managing these rather than have individuals managing thousands of memorials in which they have no vested interest!!
