I am the son of the late Elmer Prater and grandson of the late Vincent Prater of Wilstacy (South Fork), Breathitt Co., Kentucky. My GrandPa, GrandMa, Dad, Step Mom, Uncle Arnold and Uncle Dennis are laid to rest at the Vincent Prater Cemetery. The Cemetery is located at 5150 Hwy 1098 (South Fork) across the creek from the old home place and country store location.
