Born & raised in Little River County, Arkansas, located in the southwest corner near the Oklahoma and Texas borders.
Graduated from Foreman High School 1972. Attended Texarkana Community College and Vo-Tech.
Member of the Foreman Fire Department 1973-2019.
Retired after 33 and a half years with the US Government at Red River Army Depot in 2013.
Current Constable for Jackson Township.
I'm the eldest son of Ervin & Theo Wausita Lisenby Hinton.
