My name is Charles(Chuck) Stratton and I am a Grand Nephew of my Great Uncle, Bill Cummings. Uncle Bill was the brother of my Fathers Mother, Dorothy Cummings Stratton. My Fathers name was Charles Selman Stratton. I was very pleased to have found this website and to find that someone had created this memorial in my Uncles memory. That person is Mr. John Blazier. Thank you so much for doing this. I have been researching my Uncles career for quite sometime now and was in awe when I saw this.
