Back when they showed Roots for the first time, as a kid, I was amazed....... I quickly started into the journey of my own family history. It did not take long to become overwhelmed with all the information that both sides of my family started passing my way.

As I grew, my day to day activities pushed my project aside. Ever so often I would get curious, but never enough to pick it up again.

I am fortunate that my husbands work, allows me to travel with him. I am always looking for free things to do. I like going to parks or other places where I can take pictures. So now I look for picture requests I can do in the area we are visiting.
