I think it's wrong some on Find A Grave don't allow Obits. Thanks to Find A Grave I was able to find family from my grandmother's side of the family in Michigan.. family that I hadn't met before. The one family member I found had been doing family research for many many years.. She was able to help me A LOT with my family tree. She sent me so many family photos & documents. I am sooo glad I found her!!

I like putting families together here on Find A Grave. I don't like finding memorial pages with no family members.. it bothers me, so I'll start doing research on that person to find his/her family members and then link them together.

I also like going through old newspapers online.. if I find an obit or a story about someone I'll look on FAG to see if they have a memorial page already.. I'll add the obit/story to their page.. If they don't have a page I'll make them one.
