I hail from McCaysville, a small town in Fannin County, Georgia. I am the son of Otis and Drusilla (Fry) King.

My family heritage includes the McCay and Fry (early spelling Frye) families on my mother's side and the King and Garren families on my father's side. The Kings originate in Ireland, and the McCays in Scotland. Both the Frys and the Garrens originate in Britain. I have lived throughout the Southeast and reside in Cedar Park, a bedroom community of Austin, Texas.
